When the Letter of Offer = Offer Letter

Alhamdulliah, syukur sangat.. hohoho seronot seronot (feel like jumping yeay!!) finally the offer letter that i've been waiting for arrived safely last Monday.. suka sangat2 sbb it's an UNCODITIONAL offer, in which i don't have to re-sit for any English exam.. in which tak melayang another rm500 ku! ku tak sangka my 2002 IELTS result yg dah berhabuk tu still laku & accepted by the university (walaupon haram tak hingat apa ke soklannya.. he he)

all in all, i've received 3 offer letters, 2 unconditional + 1 conditional - warwick, manchester & southampton.. and i've certainly made my decission already; it will be Warwick and fullstop! no more headache nak pilih which course & which Uni ok? and it will be MSC International Technology Management.. why that course? i guess i will tell one year from now.. he he

if initially just suka2 jer nak further study, now i'm more determined of what to study and which University should I go.. i've been going through piles of interview sessions and that cost me a lot too - you know - new pants, new shoes, new tudung - just to have that good feeling during the interviews.. hohoho

i went to 4 interviews altogether - with YTM, MARA and Yayasan Khazanah Nasional (2 sessions & the toughest one I must say) and the experiences were priceless and that includes the frequent adrenaline attack!! and thanks so much to hubby for your accompany and support, including proofreading all my essays and proposals.. without you, i don't think i could make it up till now.. you're the best lah!

so now, only the CTG (cuti tanpa gaji) approval letter that's still pending, just because my AGM noted to HR that she needs an immediate replacement.. but i've talked to her already and I popped the idea of having internal job rotation & movement (my post is soo important to her) and she agreed.. phew... will draft a letter saying that the bosses will release me at no condition tomorrow and hoping to get fast response from the HR too..

so little time - so many things to do!!

decission, decission and more decissions..

again i have to made tough decisions..

if before, nak kena decide whether nak sambung blaja ke tak, that decission dah over.. then nak decide nak buat local or overseas, that decission also dah over.. for info, i've applied for ytm, mara & yayasan khazanah.. and since i managed to get only mara, it's easier to decide whether to go or not to go.. (i must say it's a tiring year full of interviews =)

but now, since i've applied for 3 universities and 2 have positively answered, i've to decide to which university i'm going since the courses are all different.. and since mara only sponsor for the student only, i need to decide whether to take my family along for the whole one year or to go alone for the first several months and let them come later.. is it possible for both me and hubby to take unpaid leave? possible memang possible, but financially, can we manage it? hohoho..

2 budak nak kena tinggal.. sanggupkah saya?

sometimes, hati kecilku berkata-kata, "tula siapa suruh apply?".. but hati besarku pon berkata-kata juga, "this is what i want!".. hubby menyokong penuh apa jua decissionku.. so, i need to do all the calculations and justification so that i could bring them all with me.. i'm surely cannot afford to live without them even for a month! especially the kids.. hohoho.. (marah hubby kalau dia tahu..hehe)

btw, i've submitted my unpaid leave application to my GM, and now waiting for the GM's approval.. harap2 dia approve.. semoga segala perancangan nak further study ni berjalan lancar.. ameen..

after a month of impatient waiting, the result is finally out!! thanks to all wishes and doa! cuaks nyer saya!!!

i'm still alive peeps!

for those who thought that i'm no longer exist on this earth, you're definitely wrong.. i'm still here, living to the fullest.. and getting fuller too.. (hahaha, ppl who see me surely can notice my fullerness)

terukkan saya? only 2 blog posts in 2008 and none in 2009 yet, not until this one.. maybe this one is sempena labor day.. or maybe this is just the only entry in 2009.. hahaha, me so lazy bum! teruks sgts saya rasa tau..

i do read people's blog at least once a week, and i still enjoy blogging u know.. but i'm cramped with loads of work at the office and am too tired with the domestic chores to blog at midnight.. plus the laptop is occupied most of my free time.. biasala kalau ada student kat rumah.. priority to student la kan kan kN?

now hubby has completed his 2 years EMBA classes and only left with the ABR presentation which is scheduled this coming Monday.. good luck dear! and if you're reading this, i just want you to know that you've done more that what is expected.. so, just rilex yourself and be confident!

so i guess i'll be having back my blogging time after hubby finish all his things.. my resolution sempena this labor day would be to blog little but regularly.. wish me luck peeps!

i miss blogging.. sobbs

It has been almost a year I didn’t blog and I’m quite lost track of what happen in my life.. at least I capture the important dates when I blog.. but I still read my friends’ blog to get the latest updates..

Reason for not blogging for a long time:

• Moved to a new unit – there, we’re busy all the time.. boss tu macam tau2 jer kalau kerja dah siap, ada jer keje lain.. so, it’s a never ending story..


• Moved to our new house – no internet/telephone line until recently.. but susah sgt nak ada time on my own sbb hubby still studying.. so, I have to take care of the kids most of the time.. bila budak2 dah tidur, I am too tired already to be on the net..


• Aisya a.k.a. Kakak dah pandai request for playhouse Disney online games sbb ada tunjuk kat TV... so everytime I attempt to blog, dia pon sampai mengenden2 & melalak2 kalau tak dapat main games tu.. sabor jela..

But today, since my sister is here, I asked her to watch the kids downstairs watching Ice Age for god-only-know how many times, and I went upstairs silently.. hehe.. I can only summarize what happen for the past months:

Aisya a.k.a kakak

Learnt a lot of things at TM Taska.. she is able to write her own name but with reversed S.. she knows a lot of Doa and her English vocab is quite good.. her sosial skill also improved.. now, her teachers want to focus on improving her English speaking.. selalu la mama & papa kena tegur kalau tak cakap English dgn dia.. kalau marah pon nak kena in English.. rajin buat homework, walaupon asyik nak cepat & main bantai jer.. tak kesahlaa, asalkan siap on her own.. sgt sayangkan adiknya, walaupon kekadang si adik yg buli dia.. latest, dia minta nak masuk Tom Tom Bak sbb nak diinterview uncle Aznil & nak nyanyi twinkle2 little star.. pengaruh tv betoi..

Faris a.k.a adik

Faris turned 1 y.o. last 13th July.. birthday celebration still tunda sbb Papa asyik busy.. most probably buat sama dgn kakak la kot.. he started walking at 11 mths, and sekarang dah berlari dah.. lotih den nak mengejar kalau kat shopping mall.. stroller jgn harapla nak duduk.. verbal belum clear tapi adalah sket like mama, papa, tatak (kakak), nak, nanak (tanak), nanana (banana) & ce’ce’ (susu).. he love to dance ala2 Pocoyo.. gigi dah nak masuk 8.. suka nyanyi, ajuk org nyanyi & membebel, dah pandai marah2 kat kakak & faham what we say.. I managed to breastfeed him for 1 year, then dia yg tak nak.. tak puas kot.. Alhamdulillah la sbb kakak tak bf langsung.. semoga anak ke-3 nanti boleh bf lagi lama..

Me

Me already turned 28 last 1st July.. dah nak masuk 30’s kan? Life achievement : family-wise quite Alhamdulillah dengan 2 kids and a happy family.. career-wise pon Alhamdulillah, so far tak jemu lagi la keje dgn T*.. tapi deep inside my heart still ada angan2 nak sambung Masters in Eng yg tergendala since 2004.. kononnya nak switch ke lecturing part-time or full-time.. tapi kalau nak sambung Masters, nak buat overseas full-time boleh tak? Maklumla, masa Degree takde can nak buat o/seas.. hiks (ngengada tak?).. what ever pon memang nak buat full-time sbb nengokkan hubby buat part-time dgn UITM mcm nak pengsan..

Hubby

Dah habis 1 yr on his EMBA, so another <1>
