err..losing weight? any IDEA?

god.. it is so hard to lose weight after i gave birth to Aisya.. all the stubborn fat loves my body so much! haha.. when shall i wear my kebaya again? (sigh..) well, i did lost 2kgs during the past fasting month.. but all the irresistable sumptuous food; open-houses, wedding feasts, bla bla bla.. all are making me gaining back the kilos! how easy to gain and how hard to lose! (boringnyerr..!!)

after a long break from exercising, i think i MUST join back Fitness 1st.. doing some exercises must make me feel a lot more better than having done nothing.. "wink"

btw, here are some useful tips i want to share, simple things we can do daily to increase metabolism.. especially for those having the same problem like me.. hahaha:
  • take the stairs not the lift (checked)

  • do not use the remote control to change the TV channel etc (err..)

  • play a ball game with your kids (checked)

  • do some gardening (haven't started yet)

  • go for a walk with your family (really need to find some time for this)

jogging bleh gaks.. tapi perlu proper attire & so on.. kalau jogging ngan aisya gayanya tak joging ler.. hehe..

nampaknye.. kene laa slalu window shopping.. tapi chot tak gemar sgt window2 shopping nih.. kalau nak kena shopping betul2.. hehe.. kite skang almost every wiken pegi umah makcik.. tak pon dok rumah mengemas.. hehe.. bile laa nak start gardening..

julie, kalau nak gi jln2.. pegi la kat tmn botani putrajaya. pagi2 best kalau morning walk/jog kat situ. fresh air, bersih.. tp x sure la bape jauh dr rumah awak :)

kat situ nak naik basikal/tram pun boleh. kalau nasib baik, awal2 pagi parking free. in case kene byr pun, RM1 je :D

Hi juli.. selamat berkenalan.. memang susah nak kurus balik bila dah bersalin ni.. my suggestion is.. tak payah amik dinner.. one of a very good way to loose kg! tak caya try la..

aren't we all in the same boat! aiyohh.. mmg susah giler nak turunn.. my only solution skang nih is making ayil also fat so that ppl will make remarks towards ayil rather than me.. ahahhahaha
and when he is also fat.. he'll start thinking of losing weights and exercise..but since he can't leave me and marisa alone at home, ill racun his head to buy any exercise machine available!

p/s- but i guess nih sume angan2.. exercise machine mahal nak mampos laa kan :(

em..rasanyax de presint2. kalau julie igt, dia lalu kat jln nak gi masjid putrajaya tuh.. lalu kat dgn bulatan besar. nnt ada signboard tmn botani. signboard yg seangkatan dgnnya 'taman-taman awam'. hehe.. iAllah x sesat lah kalau kat bulatan besar tu.

zubye.. skipping dinner i tak penah try.. tapi maybe patut try kot.. tapi masalahnya petang2 i still kat ofis, no food to eat.. kalau tak makan langsung, lapar giles.. tapi maybe i should try makan apa2 mengenyangkan b4 balik keje.. then takyah dinner dah..yey.. i shall try!thanks!

esah.. i'm doing the same thing too, making chot looks fat as well.. hehehe.. tapi chot is a dedicated futball player.. twice a week dia mesti main, tu yg dia cam maintain jek.. esah joms aa join masuk fitness first! i'll continue this january.. joms aa.. best woo..

There's no such thing as "maintain".If u don't exercise,u'll feel very "unhealthy".This valids for sportmen/women only.We've been gaining weight together,now is the time to lose them together.Orait,honey? :)

lalala..adek nak kurus gak la..isk2..tgk la..gi kL nie..tgk la adek mu yg makin bulat ini..hehe..mintak2 naik form 5 jadik kurus..haha..ader jaminan ker?adek nie..kalo tensio..makin kuat makan..x leh tggl ahh aiskrim n choclate..waa...bestnyeh..nak kurus..bwk la adek gi jalan2..tgk hPotter..nArnia..blanja adek makan..awk n abg fairoz x payah la..tgk jer la..wakaka:p
