overweight mode :(

i'm now thinking of ways on how to shed those extra weight i gained while i was in UK. at least, i can go back to my previous weight, walaupun itu bukan berat ideal.. semua org ingat dok sana bleh kurus sbb susah makan. but the fact is, food is sooo easily obtained and plus, i cooked everyday.. tahu2 jela kalau sendiri masak and tak mahu membazir.. and bila semua jenis makanan pon rasa nak masak.. huhuhu..

sampai jer kat klia, semua pon tegur badan makin berisi.. teguran yg subtle ada, yg pedas pon ada.. muahahaha.. padan dengan muka siapa suruh tak control makan.. antara sebab kegemukan bertambah selama setahun:

sweet drinks and cola
dairy product ~ cheese, full cream milk, eggs
carbohidrate ~ pasta, roti canai, nasi, pastry, bread
lack of exercise
lack of water intake

nak join slimming center buat masa ni masih belum mampu.. rasanya lebih afdhal kalau join fitness center, but need to find time for that because i will lose some precious time with my kiddos.. yerla kan, for sure nak gi gym tu paling sesuai lepas time kerja, walhal tu jela time nak spend time dgn anak2, tgk homework, dinner sama2, mengajar ngaji dsbgnya.. takut nanti balik jer dari gym, budak2 dah tido.. :(

now, my main mission is to overcome those 5 contributors to my extra weight! plus nak cuba makan phytonatal utk lancarkan sistem badan.. urat2 pon sakit2 sbb badan lama tak service.. stresslah jugak bile try baju2 lama semua sendat2.. risau ni, cemana nak pregnant lagi kalau berat tak turun? adoii.. i need to take this personal issue seriously as nobody else can help me except myself..

hmmm...kite ni x sempat nak turun pon dah pregnant balik..tu yg naik menjadi2..xtau camne nak turunkan badan pasni..tp actually bkn xtau, tp mampukah menahan segala godaaannn sebenarnye..hehehe..

shell, tula pasal.. dulu masa pregnant Faris mmg ada lagi baki 5kg masa mengandungkan Aisya.. then lepas beranak Faris, okla dah back to berat sebelum mengandung dia.. before g uk, dah naik lagi 5kg, lepas dok uk, naik lagi 3kg..

adoila.. kiranya in total dah 13kg naik sejak lepas kawen.. skrg ni, at least nak ke berat before pregnant faris, baru bleh pregnant balik.. kalau tak, sure bertimbun2 naik lepas beranak.. unless la lepas beranak terus gi slimworld.. heheehe

yati, thanks! wokeh nanti kite nak tulis goal and tempek kat dinding tepi scale.. plus nak buat diary sihat, nak cuba update hari2 hehe :)

time tgahari.. gi join aerobik.. free je....tak bley jadikan malas or rimas as alasan..kena ingat sentiasa words KURUS or SIHAT....dpt 2/3 kali seminggu dah ok dah tuh..then.. mkn kena control.. supaya perut bile makan sket dah kenyang...weekend plak bwk budak2 gi jogging...kalau amalkan sentiasa without miss..insyaAllah turun nyer..hehehehe..

kak fatin, thanks for your advise! aerobik free ek kat gym menara tuh? penah la pergi sekali dua jer kot.. but rushing sgt rasa sbb dari annexe1.. and kerja saya dulu banyak meeting before lunch, slalunya habis lambat.. will try next time, kiranya standby jela baju aerobik kat situ.. huhu

pasal weekend, memang dah plan nak bawa budak2 gi jogging, tak pon jalan2 keliling taman tasek (brisk walk).. rasanya insyallah bleh turun.. skrg ni seb baik hubby pon tgh diet, so kurangla sket makan :)

Ul, aku pon malu nk jmpa org. Asyik kena tegur jek isk. Takpe ul, mulai saat ni jom kite kurangkan mkn n minuman manis. Kena start exercise on frequent basis. Dlm gambar tu dah tersorok segala lemak2 :D
